WXAN 103.9 FM serves Southern Illinois (around Carbondale), while KMHM 104.1 FM reaches Southeast Missouri (around Cape Girardeau).  These sister stations are both owned by Southern Gospetality, LLC. (Harold & Carlene Lawder) of Murphysboro, IL. 

Interstates that run through these areas:  I-57 through the east side of WXAN territory, I-64 to the north, and I-55 to the west.  In the KMHM listening area, I-55 runs right through the middle of it.
